Sponsor lunch on the show floor. Signage around the food area and our PIE website will display your logo as the lunch sponsor.
Wednesday and/or Thursday, March 13th and/or 14th, 2024.

•    Networking Coffee & Pastries Sponsorship – Tuesday and/or Wednesday  $1,995.00 per day

Your logo will be displayed outside of the session rooms by the coffee and pastry station for the attendees to enjoy. Logo will be on all PIE materials as the coffee and pastries sponsor.
Tuesday and/or Wednesday morning, March 12th and/or13th, 2024 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

•    Speaker and Session Sponsor including Speaker Tower  $1,995.00 each

Sponsor the Speakers of our Sessions at PIE 2024: Two openings for this unique sponsorship at PIE 2024. Your company will be provided with the opportunity to welcome attendees and introduce some speakers presenting at PIE 2024. Plus, give a brief introduction of products or services offered by your company. 
Sponsorship includes your Company indicated as official sponsor on promotional materials; Your sponsor logo included on the Speaker Wall of Fame Tower; Second sponsor will not be a competitor. Email Blast promoting sessions being presented by you to PT subscriber base; and opportunity to provide promotional items or materials to attendees in room.

A Professional Photographer will be onsite to take headshots of attendees on the show floor for all 3 days. You will be the sole sponsor of that headshot booth. We will have signage at the photo area announcing you as the sponsor.

Have your parking gate featured at the opening of the PIE show floor. (Sponsor supplies gate)

We will send your ad to those who have visited the Parking Today, ParkNews and PIE websites. Each campaign can be for 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 impressions. These campaigns can be broken into Pre- and Post-Event segments to promote brand awareness and drive booth traffic (Pre-Event), or to provide follow-up messaging and nurture leads post-event. Or they can be done at any time during the year.

Promote your exhibit space with a custom Carpet Graphic Sticker placed directly in front of your exhibit space on the show floor. Provide your custom artwork for this new promotional item. Size 36” wide x 24” deep.

This networking event will take place at the Renaissance Convention Center and Hotel on opening night, Tuesday, March 12th, 2024. Be the exclusive sponsor of the most attended session at PIE. On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, we will have Speed Networking from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM. You will get to open the event and address the crowd and have a 1-2-minute opportunity to introduce yourself and your company. We will network in the speed dating platform and then have the second hour of mix and mingle to meet the whole group. Cocktails served and over 120 people attend this event each year.

The Renaissance Hotel (Host Hotel) has five elevator bays that service the guest hotel rooms. Be one of five sponsors to prominently display your company’s graphics on these elevators. This is a high visibility sponsorship as attendees go up and down the elevators multiple times per day.

Be the exclusive Mobile App sponsor for PIE 2024. This app is where attendees go to get the schedule, find a booth and look up a person. Your logo will appear as the app opens.
